Incredibly happy with Dr. Natalie. Thank you!

I went in yesterday for my first cleaning in 12 years. I have a really bad fear of going to the dentist due to trauma in high school . I just want to thank Dr. Natalie and my hygienist Bilma for being so sweet, patient and very informative. This office provided me with an oral sedation that helped ease me so much. When I arrived I remember Dr. Natalie coming briefly to say hello, I really appreciated that. Dr. Natalie put a treatment plan together for me, and I’m excited to go back already and fully gain my confidence back to smile. Thank you Ballard Dentistry staff, Bilma and Dr. Natalie.

It was my first visit and I was treated as a long time friend. I called them with an emergency and was able to see them quickly. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. They explained all my options. The Doctor was very friendly and accommodating making sure that I was comfortable before and during the procedure. Dr. Natalie is a very good example of what I feel a Dentist should be.

Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
