I absolutely loved Dr. Anna and her assistant. They were amazing. I was in unbearable pain. I really appreciate the way they took care of me. I will now be going to see them from this point on.

I have not been to the dentist in over 25 years and had to go in for a growing issue with my gums. Bilma was AMAZING!! She made me feel very welcomed and took all the time needed to discuss my childish “fears” . She went through the reasons that have kept me from coming and asked what she could do to make it a more pleasurable experience. Her attitude and caring personality made all the difference for me. Dr. Wang was just as informative and kind as well. If these two ladies are an indication of the staff I won’t mind coming there at all.Oh.. I don’t wanna forget Katie with billing/insurance. She walked me through everything and made sure I was good with the cost side of my dental plan. Great experience all around.

My experience at Ballard Dental office is always a great one. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Dr. Anna Wang is a really wonderful dentist. She’s extremely thoughtful, kind, and very gentle. Her dental assistant, Kenya, is fantastic! They make a great team. The financial assistant, Xenia, is absolutely amazing. She’s so sweet and accommodating. I’m very thankful I found a dental office I can trust with my dental well-being.

They know what they are doing. Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
