I totally do not like going to the dentist. I have been held down at a dentist before and I am really gun shy. That is…until I came to Ballard Family Dentist! Everyone is so delightful! I had no pain, swelling or bleeding and Dr. Cara worked hard on my upper teeth. I very much appreciate all the care. I have found my dentist!!!

I had a bad experience in the Middle East at the dentist. I am always nervous, shaking or crying and my blood pressure is normally high when I enter the doors of the dental office. Now that I have Dr. Cara as my dentist, the experience has been great! Today was my second time seeing Dr. Cara and she is funny, kind, nice, friendly, gentle, caring and the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Cara and Wendy make a great team. Thank God I finally have a dentist that I can trust (still a little nervous, it will take time) but I’m okay with being in the care of Dr. Cara and Wendy.

I don’t usually review places but I NEEDED to let everyone know how absolutely wonderful this place is. Dr. Cara Cahalan and her staff are all amazing people. I have severe dental anxiety and she worked with me to come up with a plan to get procedures done in a way that made me more comfortable. She listens well, communicates well and is fantastic at what she does. They also are taking COVID very seriously and making sure everything is super clean.

I was sad when I heard that Dr. Taylor left, but I absolutely love Dr. Cara! She is sweet, kind, patient, intelligent, and really listens. Also, Valeria was such a great help to me with my bill and setting up my appointment. I am so grateful that I found Ballard. You will always be my dentist office!

They know what they are doing. Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
