Ballard Family Dentistry has been a wonderful place. I had a few crowns that had not been set correctly by a previous dentist. Dr. Gustavo has been phenomenal with correcting my crowns and keeping me informed each step of the way. I highly recommend this office! I am always greeted with a smile and each person in staff is so friendly and caring.

I’ve been a patient of Ballards for about 4 years. When I first met Dr Gustavo, I was an extremely nervous patient with several issues that needed to be addressed and severe phobias due to previous experiences (at a different practice). Dr Gustavo first took the time to seek to understand the roots of my anxiety. He listened carefully and patiently. He was kind, honest and very thorough in his explanation as to what I should expect in the following months of treatment. Everything was executed exactly like he stated. No surprises.

I have really enjoyed going to this family dentist office. Dr. Gustavo is my dentist and I highly recommend him because of his beautiful bedside manner, caring, and attentive care. The assistants are awesome too. I had Maria along with her partner who is a young man who works alternate days of her. A beautiful, professional, and clean office.Like their slogan says, “They Listen” and they do. I always prefer to see Dr. Gustavo and glad I did. I had another issue that was medical and he saw that immediately after he did my x-rays and I explained my symptoms. I love this Dentist office for their cleanliness, kindness of all staff. They know what they are doing. Dr. Scott and staff talk with you so you understand and are comfortable selecting from list choices of recommended options available, including benefits and risks associated with each. On my second trip, Dr. Scott (Ballard) quickly and efficiently performed work chosen, including repair of broken filling on the day I asked for an appointment. I’m also impressed with the level of imaging technology available – more than any previous dental office. Not only usual x-rays, but also in-mouth camera plus digital mapping of all the teeth.
